Stewed Apple Tonic
Ingredients

green apples, peeled and cubed
3/4
cup
water
1
tbsp
fresh grated ginger
1
stick of cinnamon broken up
2
tbsp
honey
I used 41 degrees south Tasmanian Leatherwood Ginseng Honey
2
tbsp
cider tonic
Instructions
Place apples, water, ginger & cinnamon pieces into a small saucepan on low heat and cook until softened.
Remove the cinnamon pieces and allow to cool.
Once cooled add the honey and Cider Tonic.
Stored in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
